By ordering an article from Cami Caubergh, you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Product Information and Pricing

All our prices are in Euro and include VAT. We pay the utmost attention to the correct indication of our prices, models, types, sizes, colors, etc. If it appears that errors have been made in the indication, we reserve the right not to deliver the articles. In this case you will receive a message and the correct information. Offers cannot be combined with discounts.

3. Confirmation

If you have entered your e-mail address correctly, you will receive a confirmation e-mail after your order. This clearly states what you have ordered. All your questions via e-mail will be answered within 48 hours at the latest, with the exception of holidays.

4. Shipment

If the payment has been made correctly, we will send your order by Mikkropakket or Bpost registered and insured. If the product is in stock, the shipping time is 2 to 7 working days. When ordering a custom ring, the shipping time is 3 to 5 weeks, unless stated otherwise

5. Returns

If you buy something via the internet, you have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days. Notify us via email of the reason for the return and return the product with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. The jewel must not show any signs of wear or damage. We always ask that you return our jewelery by registered mail with Bpost, so that we are sure that the jewelery will arrive back to us safely and insured. The shipping costs are for the buyer. Only upon receipt of the jewel, without damage and signs of wear, will the amount of the jewel be refunded. Cami Caubergh Jewelry can refuse or not refund returned items if the labels have been removed or if the products have been worn or damaged by the customer. Items that are specially ordered for the customer, such as a custom ring or a piece of jewellery with engraving, are not eligible for return or refund.

6. Jewellery repair / adjustments in size of jewellery

Is your favorite jewel broken? Is the size of your ring a bit too big or too small? Do you not have the option to personally bring your jewel in for repair in the store? Then you can also use our courier service from Mikropaket. We will request the return for repair from Mikropakket. The buyer is expected to pack the jewel back in a well-sealed box. A day is also agreed on where our courier can collect the jewel, so someone must be present for the collection. The costs for this service are for the buyer (17,40  euros within Belgium). For this price, the jewel will be picked up, repaired and also shipped back to the customer.

7. Legal

All products offered on www.camicaubergh.be are legal in accordance with Belgian law. Foreign customers should always consult the laws in their own country if they are in doubt about the legality of their purchase in their own country. Cami Caubergh jewlery can under no circumstances be held liable if the articles offered by us were used in a wrong or irresponsible manner by the buyer, nor in the event of material or physical damage to third parties caused by incorrect and/or illegal use of the articles on this site.
