Old gold

Do you have any old gold lying around and would you like to have it turned into a new piece of jewelry?

In my studio, old gold is given a new life.

Heirlooms and sentimental jewelry are carefully reworked into a contemporary, personal design that continues to carry your story.

Together, we look at what can be kept: gold, gemstones, and memories. From this starting point, a new piece of jewelry is created, fully custom-designed and handcrafted in my studio.

In this way, the emotional value is preserved, while the piece of jewelry can be worn again.

A tangible memory, translated into a timeless piece of jewelry.

Reworking old gold – approach

1. Introduction & story
After a refinWe start with a personal consultation where we review your wishes, story, and the old gold together. Every detail counts.

2. Gold analysis
After a refinThe gold and any gemstones are technically inspected. We discuss what can be reused and what possibilities exist.

3. Custom design
After a refinBased on your story and preferences, we create a personal design. Shape, finish, and style are carefully coordinated.

4. Remelting in the workshop
The old gold is melted down and artisanally crafted into a new piece of jewelry, entirely handmade in our workshop.

5. Finishing
After a refined finish, the new piece of jewelry is ready: a timeless piece with the same emotional value, but with a new life.

Ashes incorporated into a jewel

Together, we create a memorial jewel in which a small amount of ashes is discreetly and carefully incorporated. Each design is created with tranquility and great respect for the emotional value it holds.

Together, we discuss how and where the ashes will be placed within the jewel.

This can be subtly concealed or visibly incorporated, always in harmony with the design. The jewel is designed entirely to measure and handcrafted in our atelier.

This can also be done using your own old gold that holds sentimental value, allowing you to carry not only the ashes of your loved one but also a tangible piece of your shared history.
